The final bloom of a beautiful bunch of lilies. Bit rough, but it's nice to be able to push a bit of colour around after a long while of poor health. Quite therapeutic in fact! :) :)

Hi Robyn

Sorry to hear you've been sick.

The painting is wonderful and that glass jar is just amazing! So simple and elegant.

Is that done in ArtRage or is that the dinkum oils :-) :-)

So good to see you back Robyn and that you are feeling like playing with paints again. Lovely loose image by the way.

Thanks Eighty and June! :)

Hi Brett, I'm not out of the woods yet with more tests tomorrow, but I ain't dead yet! Edit: Art Rage, not 'dinkum oils'! :)

Maybe the looseness of the image is due to my mangled nerves, but it was nice to slap it on and not worry too much about the end result. :) :)

Dear Robyn, what a beautiful painting.
I am so sorry you are going through all of this, and I will be glad when it is all behind you.
Stay strong dear lady.

Nice "unfinished" brush strokes !

Keep painting. It is in fact one of the best drugs/medicine for the Soul.

Thank you Steve, Alexandra, Kaiko and Mr Akey! It's good to be back. It certainly is good medicine. :) :)

The glass irritates me to a degree, and I thought I might need to erase and redo, but if you like it?

Hey Robyn, great to see you back in action, I have been absent the past few weeks, just enjoying the last bit of summer, family visits etc... I was starting to worry but I had seen you leaving a comment here and there, but no new digital work, I thought you might be working in traditional media again.... love this little tasty treat from you .:cool::cool:

Um. . . so do your mods on a separate version, lassie and those what love this glass, as do I, will have no call to pout and throw knick-knacks and tantrums and break coffee tables and invite abstract expressionists who'll like as not piss in the fireplace creating a scene where everyone goes wild and starts behaving like unemployed actors rehearsing for a Hell's Angels picture they've yet to fund, where they're driving their choppers over the bearskin rug, grabbing women folk and . . . oh my. . . ya know, like a normal Wednesday night. . .

Listen, if the glass irritates you as you're taking a drink, you may want to remove the plant lest that be what's been poking you in the eye as you knock it back. The solution to your irritation could be that simple. I mean what would Bob Ross do, eh?

I like "rough" - very spontaneous.

Hey Gary, good to hear from you! I have looked for your gems lately and thought you were taking a break.

Traditional media next week, and some AR in between!

Thank you to you Hildee! Spontaneous is very freeing, with no worrying about the end result getting in the way.

Mr Akey, I have missed your wild imaginings, and needed that good giggle you always provide! Thank you! xx
