View Full Version : Chasing Autumn Leaves

My black cat Rocky, gets this look in his eyes when stalking. :D I used mainly oil and airbrushes. The background was made with a sticker spray by Hanzz used on a number of layers, merged and then I applied Ms Copespeak's airbrush preset. I painted a leaf and duplicated it a number of times - also made a stencil from it and used that also. I'm planning to save the leaf as a sticker spray.

Ok, i' am still awake... So, just want to tell you I find this almost magical in it's presentation, great job on the eyes and ears....
Love the intensity of a cat at play, would love to have the concentration, however short it may be.
Take care,

Adorable! What a cutie!!!!!!!! I have one of those screwy black cats. And I think she would see the good sense in what this cat in your painting is doing. You humans have your harvest time celebrations. . . I celebrate my way, thank you very much. Oooh. . . something moved. . . I think I'll pounce!

A delightful picture that would grace a children's picture book.
