late night quicksketch:
A slight overcharacterization of Mads Mikkelsen as Hannibal Lecter.
"Hannibal" (17/04/13)

A cheery, hungry looking chap, but very well painted.

I guess I only know Anthony Hopkins' version. Hopkins looked the part of a successful cannibal. He looked better fed than this actor on the Lecter circuit.

But nice painting. Might want to consider thinning some of the shadows and hairs in places because the lines look universally wide-ish which makes it look painted/drawn small and blown up in size.

Nicely done, interesting subject.

Thanks ppl :) I would like to do post some more detailed portraits, but my daily time-schedule kinda gets in the way constantly.
So I have to resort to doing quick sketchings. I think this one took me somewhere around one hour to do from scratch, so that's the explanation for lack of detail, and the large dominating strokes.
I kinda like the roughness it brings, and I know it may look a little too sloppy some places, and that's because it is sloppy! LOL
