I thought I'd put all these in here in one place. New family members will be added as my medication allows

Funny! They're not planning to emigrate to NZ are they? That would be scary.

A very stylish family you have in that great family album, Robert . I'd go to hear them sing if they came to Canada :D

. . . or as your medication dictates. . . WOOOOOOOHHOOOOOOO Sheep!

They do rather go together, don't they. Tickles me, that wool.

As spoken by Oliver, "Please sir, I want some MORE!!!!"

02-08-2013, 04:39 AM
I LOVE these! You need to publish them...so much you could with them: keep adding more members, make up a history for each, write a children's (or an adult) book, create collectible cards, wall posters...endless possibilities! Keep going! L.

Looks more'n a wee bit like ol' Angus as well. So yer woos are goin' native are they now? Careful, this one's a trifle stingy with the grass, but 'e spins a good yarn once ye get 'im started.

Baa baa sprightly sheep, have you any woo
"Yes sir, yes sir, several haute couture heads full."

What a plucky fashion plate ... Much fun! :D

I really enjoy your sheep. They're great fun. :D

I've just posted a photo of my sheep Chevy (cheviot), who is very intelligent, cheeky, and greedy, but rarely lets you touch her. She stays just out of reach most times, but will run over the top of you for a bucket of food, leaping in a stealing a mouthful as you walk past. Her back is like a table top, she's so fat, but even in our drought ridden times like now she won't lose weight. Last lambs she had before she retired were triplets, who all survived and did well.

Thought you might enjoy her.

Thank You for sheeping us this album of a royal ovine family! I wouldn't neglige to point out Your mastery in executing so excellently such a gallery or magnificent portraits. Maybe You could borrow also the old shep portrait on another thread in this Forum to complete the party with a good friend of them! LOL;)

02-09-2013, 02:30 PM
Neil, your art pay dividends's... inventive, thoroughly amusing and fuelled by unhinged imagination. I like all. They're each outstanding in their own way.

02-09-2013, 03:26 PM
Ha! This is funny! I actually would buy such a painting for my parents, bc my maiden name is sh.eep. Seriously, it is (let's not start about how 'fun' it was in high school....)
Great paintings!!!

Woo !!

I could suspect that getting hitched to one of the Fairies was something you could hardly wait for. . . None the less, you have to get Fraser-Pace to do your portrait. I think this qualifies.

Cute comment.

She's a right sheep in fox's clothing, this one. . . If any of the wolves see that carcass 'angin' aboot 'er neck, why they'd dash away for their very lives lest they end oop as a tote bag and garter belt ensemble, oh aye. . .

02-14-2013, 10:54 AM
and a right elegant lady she is :)

02-14-2013, 11:00 PM

12-13-2013, 10:15 PM

12-15-2013, 10:50 AM
Wing Commander Wally Woo-haha!, I am sure is one baaaaaaad dude. (forgive me) These are so charming, Neil.;)

12-16-2013, 03:31 PM
Hahahaha. I like them. . . with some parson nips. . . a little mint jelly. . .

Rather uncanny how you can get them to look so human. . . turning the tables and using our clothes and props on them for a change. We've been wearing them for a while now. Only fair.

01-20-2014, 12:05 PM
Aunt Daisy Woo joins the family.

01-20-2014, 10:39 PM
What a gentle old-fashioned sheep! She's probably impeccable serving a tea.

01-23-2014, 12:29 PM
Class shows, Caesar, yourself being a fine example.

Brother, if you don't do an animation making these into characters you're missing a great opportunity.

01-23-2014, 09:36 PM
Such a pretty addition to add to your charming flock!

01-23-2014, 10:14 PM
A lovely lass and I do hope she has her white gloves on :D

01-23-2014, 10:24 PM
Oh sheep! What a compliment! Thank You, dear Neal. You're too kind indeed.

01-24-2014, 04:21 AM

How lovely to find this thread. I just love sheep - and your's are just so beautiful.

I once had a black face Suffolk named Tinkerbell! She was a rather large lady and one day when I found her in the garden helping herself to the goodies I grabbed her but she was much stronger than me and dragged me across the garden in my Sunday Best - my husband still laughs about it.

Great as always! Curiously this family album has no picture of the family celebrating Easter. I guess that's a sad and passion period for sheep and lambs ...:o
