Arjen Vriezekolk,
If there EVER was an EXACT artistic expression of a dentist's office ...
THIS IS IT BY CRACKY!!! ;) A well done light hearted slant on what
might await the poor suffering patient. :D

A superlative vignette! Style, textures, the perspective and the wit are outstanding.:cool:
Among the tools there's a can opener missing though, which may be useful for intervention on a rusty knight ... :o:D;)LOL

Well Arjen, did you have to show me this before my annual checkup this morning. :):):) you are so cruel .
Joking apart I really like this one so much to see, so many tools, sure brought a smile to my face.
I shall sit in the chair this morning thanking modern dentistry.
Still smiling Geoff

Thank you for all the kind words... And I'm really sorry if I brought back some traumatic memories for a few of you :-)
I really like the idea about the tin opener! Will implement it in one of the drawings next time...

Here's a piece of the text that is part of the dentist's chapter...

"One day, one of the villagers came to the castle with 20 filled balloons in all the colors of the rainbow, a piece of string was attached randomly to a molar in the hope that it would gently flow into the sky...This didn't happen despite the Rusty Knight's patience...But standing there for five hours with your mouth wide open isn't exactly fun when the balloons are scornfully waving at you...."

Ouch! :) Who would go to the dentist if they used those tools and I could see having a huge nurse to hold you down.
Good job! You set the scene nicely with some excellent painting skills.

This is so funny, but it does bring up a question, do you have the vary the number of balloons depending on the type of tooth ?:D
