I am looking at getting a sleave done on my right arm. The botom working up is going to be a Koi swimming up my arm with water and the lotus flowers and then transitioning upstream into a stone dragon statue at the top. There needs to be 3 of the Koi progressively getting larger as they swim upstream. The problem I am haveing is that I dont like any of the designs for the koi I am seeing on the net or the dragons. Looking for someone to design the different aspects of the tatoo that would flow togather nicely. I am not worthy artest to produce this level of art so I am reaching out for help. I am willing to pay a reasonable price for the design's I like best. I want the bright colors of traditional but a new design. Let the drawing begin!

PS. Will be a few months before starting the tatoo so there is time to let those creative juices flow and put the detial into it. If you have a price in mind for this kind of work let me know.

Aditional info. The koi swimming upstream represents the struggle we have from day to day. The torents of the water is the struggle it self. The stone dragon represents the destination not yet reached at the top of the struggle.

Please post if you are interested so I know you are working on it. Otherwise I might abandon the thread.

Might be worth sketching out your rough ideas, even if youíre not totally happy with them, and talk them through with a professional tattooist. Iíve just been looking on the net, and there are some beautiful koi designs out there for inspiration.

Hey Shadowslake,

Sorry for the "I'm interested" and then nothing. Right after I posted, I landed a big gig and haven't had a chance to really do much.
I'd like to do something but it may take some time.

Oh, and I like what I've seen you doing.

That is cool. I am not in a hurry. I just thought I would try my hand at it but you see my skill is limited. I have time. Wont be getting untill I get my income tax money next year so a few months to work on it.

I know you asked me, but I've been pretty flat out. I thought you had a bit of a design thing happening on another thread?

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but do you still want this? I am sure I could have it done in a week!
