Amazing rendering. That warm yellow/sienna/green combo is so luscious. And I love the fur as well. Brava!!! A Real award winner.

I had intended to go see the show, but work and some other pressing matters got away from me. I was about to go today because business was taking me over there, but the show ended yesterday. Hope you could get the exhibition people to send you a shot of your stuff hanging. But either way you had a marvelous tribute to your work. Well done. I can see why too.

Christine...even for you this is amazing work you have gotten the hang of incorporating the animals into your whole work and giving emphasis to the delicate work to define the fur in the tail ...incredible.

Thank you so much Ronda, Jean, byroncallas, limey-g, gxpainter for your very kind comments.

Thank you D Akey, it's a shame you couldn't make it, from the photos that have been posted on iphoneart.com on facebook there were some amazing works displayed at the exhibition. I had to go through all the photos to find the wall with all the ArtRage paintings on, I was so proud to see my own paintings amongst some brilliant ipad artists.
Here is the link to the photo.

Thank you Albert, franc, coops and barnburner for your kind comments.

franc, I use mainly three tools to do my animals, the ink pen on full taper, airbrush for the background and eyes and the palette knife on blur to blend and many hours to do each stroke of the fur.

eighty+, love your squirrel he looks so cheeky with his hands in his pockets, (I didn't pinch the peanuts, honestly!.):D
