I would just like to thank all the athletes and all connected with the Olympics 2012 for doing such a stella job and giving so many people two weeks of excitement that they will never forget. I guess I will have to start moving off the sofa now its finished but then there is the paraolympics to come. Looking forward to the closing ceremony tonight it should be a sight to behold.:):):)

I watched a lot and enjoyed it so much. The venues were beautiful. The sights of the city, a place I love, and all the stories of the athletes made it so interesting. Thank you for adding your artwork and thoughts. Marilyn

Really good Katie, so creative, I think you covered most of the sports.

The painting sort of looks like a Salvador Dali painting to me. Kind of abstract in its own way.

It really is amazing the performances these athletes can do. I remember in high school my best time for the mile was 4:48 but the Olympic Marathon runners can do that time 26 times without stopping.

Katie, what a superb tribute to the 2012 Olympics. I'd also like to say that I think the people of your country should take great pride in doing such a great job of hosting the Olympics. As someone that has not yet had the pleasure of visiting England, I really enjoyed getting to see so many of the places that I've read about.
:) :) :)

Sorry I wasn't there. Looks quite filled up with sport!!!

I did see the Queen though leaping from a great height in her double ought plunge. . . Her Majesty has a license to knock 'em dead! :D:D:D:D:D

I give her a solid one double ought (100) for the highest marks from the highest height of any Olympian.
