This painting definitely exudes "atmosphere." Love
those imposing trees and textured windswept sky. :)

Thank you everyone! I was surprised and delighted to get some feedback. I have seen all of your work here, just before posting my own little piece. You are all awesome! This is so fun, an art show on-line. I don't even have to pay studio space! This is fun, I'm excited to be here, thank you for the warm welcome. I hope that I can be as much of an inspiration to you all as you have been for me the short time I've visited so far. :)

I do hope to do some pieces for textile design, or fabric design. I have a large format printer and want to incorporate the ARtRage program into my software that gets used for design work. I find it pretty easy to use, the effects are pretty neet, have been meaning to get into digital painting for a long time. At last, my little wacom table is going to get some use. Yay!

Thanks again everyone! You are all too kind! I have been a little too busy and unfortunately not enough time to post again until now. Looking forward to reading some more here and seeing more of your work. Again, thanks for such a nice welcome.

Here is a rather small watercolor painting, done with real paint and brush and watercolor paper. A horse of coarse! LOL! Something to put up, as this painting needed a little attention. I found it at the bottom of a drawer I was digging in the other day, forgot I painted it. Fun to find! Enjoy. :D
