Access to current filename?

Is there a way to get the currently-being-edited file?

I'd really like to implement some sort of version control for ArtRage, so I can do Git-like commits when I get a piece to a state I like (and then roll it back when I mess up). Eventually it would be cool to have branches and things.

If it's currently impossible, can we get a more extensive IO API in the next version of ArtRage? Unrelated, but access to the current date would be nice, too.

Thanks for your work on ArtRage, it's amazing and it's so cool that you have a dev API!

The scripting API doesn't currently support current filename or date, but we can look at adding these to our scripting wishlist, thanks for the feedback!
