Decided I would go with making a single thread so that my art isn't so scattered about from now. I call this abstact guitar no. 2.

Cool. Has a bit of a retro 50's sort of feel. Sort of jazzy in approach.

Has a sort of Braveheart feel to me -- all Argyle and painted Blue. And there is a brashness to it which sort of fits the tone of youthful energetic music. There's a certain flavor of voice in this which could well identify the band to their audience.

Cool.

Thank you all for the comments! Keep them coming. A friend of mine at work wanted me to paint a sunrise that she took a picture of while she was driving home one day.

... out of the yellow and into the black ...

... for Dimebag, I think he would have liked Cui Jian, the godfather of Chinese rock, amazingly, this version of "Fake Monk" was done more than 20 years ago in mainland China ... gotta like the gal who turns the ancient "guzheng" into a rock instrument ...

Thanks Chinapete! I think Dimebag Darrell would have got along with him nicely. I heard that he was a pretty cool guy. They probably would have made some very interesting music together! Felt like doing a scratch and ink of Vader. He don't play guitar, but he plays the dark side of the force very well haha. Enjoy!
