Nice one again. It reminds me of a store-room too ...:p

Only been to Portland once, but I really liked their downtown area. All the trees and greenery scattered around, really muted the harsh city feeling that I normally get in a metro downtown area.

Nicely done Gary. :):):)

delicious colors. I think I might have called it watermelon days. :) just because of the delicious watermelon colors together. juicy sweet and delicious. beautiful framing job again. really helps complement the work. I think you should have a job on the side in a frame shop for real. such a great eye for coordinating the right colors to enhance the painting.

this is kind of a cool new framing technique posted by jbeau in another thread. thought you would enjoy seeing it as it reminds me of your technique a bit. it's a great idea I think.

Hi Gary, nice to see your painting again after being away, it always seems when you go away that you have been gone so long but I just miss everyone in AR and all the beautiful paintings, great job on this one, a very happy one:):):):):):):)

Albert...thanks for the framing link...very cool I had seen it before and you are correct in fact that I am tried to emulate the floating sense in a lot of my recent works by adding the shadow line in a outer frame of color to make it appear that the image is floating in a frame...:D:D;)

pat so good to have you back in our midst!...have you moved to Canada or still trying to sell your house ? :):):)

Hey Gary! Colorful town is Portland. Perhaps painted red more than once?

Nice painting.... I been to Portland Ore many times. There are more people in Oregon and Washington in and around the general Portland area than here in the whole state of Idaho. I tend to like areas with less traffic.
