I think the graphic elements are working very well in this one. I think the dark bars give it an abstract stained glass window kind of feel like a kind of montage-esque segmented though unified feel.

As I look at it, I see the relation from panel to panel, dynamics of relationships which keeps it active. And of course the whole sits together as a complete unit as well.

Nice one!

Very beautiful one Gary. Really like its colors and contrasts and how they work together.

DocSmith626, D Akey, Belvrog...so glad you liked this one..it has many elements I have been working with in the past few weeks and seems to be a fairly successful amalgamation of them.

... there is more than a hint of an "impossible construction" in the illusion of depth created by the lines of a broken rectangle that begin center left, move downward, cross the horizontal plane, then disappear into the background ...

pretty piece. like looking through a window and incorporating some architecture and ambiance of a place. Spain perhaps. Maybe it is Holland as you say. Be Stijl my heart. :D

Yeah, but how does the puppy fit into this?

Nice work. Great chops. And tell that teething canine to put down that shoe. . .

I may repeat myself, but You recently made a further quality leap, in my opinion, which is quite evident here too. This painting is both rich and clean, with rationality from Mondrian and reality orderly appearing in textures which are respectively in marvellous harmony. I would guess that You're in a quite serene, almost joyful moment, and certainly in good harmony and balance with Your environment and thoughts ...
