MSIE,
As I don and speak through my girlishly PINK Art Rageous gas mask,
if air is made of bricks, then OF COURSE it would take 15 layers to
properly represent and showcase this meteorological anomaly as the
thick but rarefied painterly mass hangs ever so creatively here.
Fanciful, imaginative and dripingly well painted! :)

This is very artistic MSIE and I love the colours, they seem to really drip down the screen. Very cleverly painted:)

Another I love it MSIE.
I used to feel that way about pink, but now I love it. Embrace the pink I say MSIE-haha.

MSIE...is this PINK?.... looks like a lavender on my monitor... anyway l like the 3D look to the drips and lines and the subtle shifting of colors and great background texture.. very vibrant and exciting work..

It is fun to try to pin it into some sort of existence. Sometimes the little splats look like bubbles rising in effervescence. I love the watercolor use. Interesting color choices that seem to break the rules and thumb their noses at convention and harmony. :) An interesting and provocative piece. It would garner some attention indeed. People may love it, or hate it, but no one would just walk by. :) I am in the first category.

glad you like it :)
PS the background was the easiest part .. two or three strokes of chalk at size 500% ;)

screenpainter ~ thank you for sharing your thoughts, much appreciated! :)
as I do not know any "rules" in making art (I'm just a hobbyist trying to have fun), I don't know why this piece would break any rules, but I'm glad you like it! :)

Caesar ~ thanks for looking and commenting! :)

The visual impact is very pleasant MSIE:).
With all the weird weather could really get pink-orange rain :D and pink heavy fog, but might also be acid rain or poisonous :rolleyes:.
However I like it very much!

I suppose rules was a bad choice of words for an artist... perhaps conventions is a better word. Some color choices are ones you don't see a lot. like red orange against magenta or whatever we determine it is in the final assessment. Rose, Cerise, Fuschia or Pink. :) you made it work and work well.
