I got an idea from a graphic that I found somewhere in the net. As you see, it has lots of detai but it was fun painting and lerning to use ArtRage at the same time, especially with the mouse. Enjoy!

For those curious about my real name, Lou is my first name and I have started to use it on my paints. :)

This is a great idea and visually delightful. THe snow should make me feel cold but I get a lovely warm glow when viewing your great painting:)

I agree with Katie, Lou. A charming painting and name as well.

Lou, it's nice to have you emerge out the alpha numerics. Having been gzairborne for many years I can relate. love the pic. I like the detail and it has a great folk art look also. and I know that can sound elitist, but it is meant as a compliment. I love folk art and this is a great piece.

Lou.. nice painting and as Albert noted it has a wonderful folk art feeling with the rich detail and colors.

Lou, always good to know your not just another number! :):)
There is something refreshing about your painting. I think the blue structure draws the eye.

Thank you all for your comments. I'm just getting in after painting a huge forest of things, who knows... :) But I've also been away for a while, so forgive me for not being here more often. I'm just learning since AR came into being although I fooled around with paint under Ross, (Bob) TV tutoring. So the tactics remained but the technique is new and I'm always fooling around to see what happens when I do this with this button, or if I mess with that other do-hickey, what does it do. So please, donít mind me getting into trouble sometimes. Eventually my spaghettis will keep up with you all and learn a thing or two. Thanks you all for been there!
