love the masterful impressionist brush strokes. I like the added touch of one red orange and one black shoe.

She is like a lady becoming a swan through dance. The white feathery skin seems to be a persona like an ancient Greek theatrical mask that she adopts for the duration of the dance.

Very facile line work. I love the intermittent bleed in coordination the sharper edge. It is in keeping with the illusive edge between dancer and subject through which we watch. Bird, dancer, swan, ballerina. . . etc.

Lovely work Ms Coops! :):):)

The use of almost pure black (and grey) paint requires mastery not to stain an image or get unpleasant effects.
Here You succeded to harmonize a special palette and a loose composition and drawing.

Thank you Albert for your kind comments on this new venture.:)
Pat, so happy you enjoyed it:)
Dear Mr Akey, you kinda got what I was getting at. The dancer transforming into the swan and the dance was what I had in mind. So happy that saw even more and your kind comments and thoughts are really appreciated.:)
Cesare, thank you once again for your kind and generous comments:)
