I had fun using victorian photos as references but I really cannot stay faithful without adding something of mine to the picture... ;)

The second one is unfinished but I'm not sure if I want to work on it any more....

Fine couple and no problem if, for now or ever, You deem the second one as finished. When Your motivation switches off on a painting You better stop and, in case, have a second pass if and when the flame to resume it and proceed kindles again.

thank you! :D Yeah, when motivation fades sometime it's worse to keep going. it makes sense as an unfinished, let's keep it this way. :p

There are no 'unfinished' paintings. They just suggest something rather than say it straight. Sometimes it makes them even more interesting, in my opinion. This seems to be the case here. :)

I like both of them, but the second one is what I prefer: less detailed but more impressive.:)

Great! I love the feel you are getting. The second one, love the subtlety of the hair. Her pose is very alluring. I really love the way you do lips. Fine work. Exciting and virtuoso.
