I was working on this Winter landscape, without the ship, but it needed a focal point. I looked thru my archive, and came up with this great rust bucket. It was in a tropical setting, so some adjustments had to be made... 4 layers. Oils. Appx 2000x2400 pxl at 200 ppi.

skylar... I love the colors you have in this ..( lots of cool colors ;)) and the additional of the wrecked ship is an interesting addition...this is a really nice painting ( I like all of your work but to me this is especially nice )...;);):)

Wow, somehow this one almost got by me! Great stuff Sky -- the handling of the sunlight on the tree tops and the soft, shadowy colors looking into the trunks is a great effect. Al
