(I like the sponge dog at bot left). Yes there is a luminous vibrancy to this one, a sense of everything clean and in order...

That's because they're not individual tools, like the Oil Brush or Crayon. They're presets I made, to be used via the Sticker Spray tool, along with stickers I made. They can be downloaded from this thread (http://www2.ambientdesign.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37629).
