It made me wish to start singing yodles! :D I'm going to have a little trip to Austrian and German Christmas Markets with my family, so I appreciated the reminder of this too in this joyous painting!

Plenty to enjoy. not crazy about the cyan, but enough visual delights throughout to make up for it.

screenpainter.... thanks for the comment on the cyan... I was being a bit lazy as that was part of my underpainting, and I never changed it.... I think I will go back and fiddle with that to see if I can find another solution to that area of the painting... gotta love digital art...

Another winner!!!

screenpainter pointed out that in the original the cyan was a bit too intense and out of harmony... ..I thought so to and decided to put a simpler cleaner space there so this is version 2.0

wow, that really made a big difference. I guess I have my moments. :)
after being married for 32 years you wonder sometimes. you know that zen question...
if a man speaks in a forest is he still wrong. :)

glad that worked so well. nice color choice.

Gary, whatever you did it looks good to me!

screenpainter.... LOL....well in this case you were absolutely right..( revel in that ).... thanks for your most constructive comments.

Neal.... toned down the oversaturated cyan and removed the big dots... they were too much and in competition with the rest of the image.
