Here's a pastel where I put together some elements of a style a like.
I hope You like her .... but don't ask me for her number though! :D

Beautifully she stays with us, no number is required:)

THis is such a quiet, humble beauty and to put it all on the paper requires enormous talent . Goergeous picture, Caesar, yes, if she is willing to give out her number, would love to have her here as a model. Bravo!!!!!!!

She is so beautiful Cesare and painted beautifully too. She has a wistful look that pulls on the heart strings. Very well done for this creation Cesare:)

Excellent painting Caesar, this really shows your talent.
You have captured something very special in this one.

dear Caesar... it should be plain from all the previous comments that not only is this a beautiful woman it is a very beautiful painting...I find it fascinating how at times certain images come out that seem to have a perfection to them no straining to get the right colors in the right places... it just happens I am sure that is the case in this pastel work .... just perfection... congratulations!!! and BRAVO !!:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool: :):):):):):)

Thank You, dear ATPlus. I just hope You didn't throw anything heavy in Your dustbin though ...:D

Not as much talent as to get her number, dear Anna. :D Thank You!

Thank You, dear Limey-g! A fascinating lady with a beauty and attractiveness encompassing also her personality. Certainly not the classical pin-up pose who's in severel cases more ridiculous than really appealing.

Almost, dear Sandra, almost. I wouldn't reach perfection in this life. It would be quite boring in case. :) Thank You!

I'd be even prouder if she were my daughter, dear Pat, but I've got only two boys, honestly not ugly at all though! :p

You're right, dear Gary. Sometimes You realize from inception that You're getting some special outcome, over Your average capabilities at least, and that's magic. Then You should just let the painting flow following its invisible, magical drive and refrain Your rules and knowledge from intervening, but also stopping rather sooner than too late, when overworking would progressively spoil Your lucky spell. Thank You!

Thank You, dear MIDO00O! I would hardly think of anyone not liking her. :D I mean, she looks beautiful and considerate ...:p

Yes, dear Jibes, crayon in Artrage which seem to work like soft pastels. You may get similar and good results with chalk too, with one setting less, but better to give some grain. Thank You!

Maybe the subject contributes too to the nice outcome, dear Amanda, I've to be honest. :p Thank You!

lovely very pretty lady.

10-08-2011, 01:22 AM
Thank You, dear Barnburner! I wouldn't blame You too much should You imagine a romance with such a protagonist .... :D

Yeah, dear D Akey, believable but still she didn't say anything when I aksed: "Why don't You speak?" :p Thank You!

Thank You, dear Nightjar! And it looks like she's got a good temper too ...:D

Absolutely stunning, you are on fire with pastels in your hand dear friend. Adore the style and fresh colours :):)

10-08-2011, 10:36 PM
Thank You, dear Juz! Actually my native talent was for drawing, so I guess pastels fit me. I have to try more layers though sooner or later for better nuances.

Dear Mike, I guess You commented it on a famous opera aria, isn't it? :p
Thank You!

10-24-2011, 11:10 PM
Caesar, everyone above has already said it, so I'll try.... 'bella ragazza, bel quadro'!

10-25-2011, 02:14 AM
Well done Caesar

Thank You, dear EB! I guess this lady's parents would deserve at least the same comment! :D
