View Full Version : Rest Assured in blue

A piece I started in reds and placed in Afternine section.
The body is meant to be anatomically incorrect-I made some changes from the previous one and drew long hair with the pen.
I used the 100% smooth canvas with pen, knife, watercolor, and watercolor effects, and was pleased with the shiny appearance.
I used a button over the top of her body, so I hope it is okay here.
Thanks for looking.

Very interesting work, surreal and dreamy. I really found myself drawn to the mountains in the background.

I like the mood in this piece, it's very surreal and evokes emotion. (And why does that button make me chuckle?) :D

Nice, although the mind literally floods with mirthful one-liners based on her accessorizing. And yet, I cannot jest, as she seems so serene and I dare not disturb her reverie. . .

I like your style, Alexandra.
