wenkat... I like this abstraction.. the light blues trapped in the angular shapes almost transparent color and the background like a wall behind.. it has a lot of depth and I can see the compress waves of water crashing down... really great colors too....nice one here!;);):):)

I really like your angular take on this - all different places the eye can go - and the colours too :)

As always, I'm talking about my process looking at your work and so you may want to regard this as a postcard from the travel this painting is going on now that it's done. :)

Surprisingly effective, Wenkat, in that through this stylistic expression, you have implied the speed of undermining rushing flood waters below and the shattering on the surface of the comparatively fragile structures of man. It's like the glass windows that are designed to look through, yet keep nature outside, are broken through, thus not merely no longer keeping nature out, but it becomes a hazard in itself.

Why it's "surprising" is that I would not have thought of doing it this way. So it's a good surprise and kind of artistically expansive to me. Thank you!

I also like how you seem to be exploring water in its various aspects creating a series of paintings united under that theme. Good device that sets up a comparison between them and it's handy for showing differences and similarities of the different states of the same thing.
