View Full Version : Pencil/Charcoal Sketches

Ok, so the oils are still going to take some getting used to
BUT my gosh, the pencil/charcoal ia almost the same as what I'm accostomed to (still getting the hang of the mouse thing though, so details are at a minimum)
I'm pretty pleased with these, but would love some critiques

Oh those are fantastic sketches! Nice attention to detail and shading.

Excellent stuff.

Tip: Just before you export as a jpg from ArtRage (or afterward, in another application) resize your image so either its width or height (whichever was greater) is reduced to 800. Then the picture will show up 'inline' in your message.

Andy, I gotta say, lol I think I'm in love with artrage
It's an amazing program! Even when doing silly little sketches/anime, the results look like "real" drawings, not like computer manip line art.
Great program, I'm going to have tons o' fun with it

if that's what you can do with a mouse just think of what you could make if you had a wacom tablet?!?! good sketches. keep it up! :D

I got notice today that my tablet is finally on it's way. Backorder really stinks! Doing a little happy dance because it finally shipped

Its a good book if you like chalk and such, check it out. :)
