Thanks everyone! I love this style and have been reading up on George Seurrat? I think I misspelled his name! :(

Any tips though would be appreciated on how to improve?

Blessings,

gigiCharm...I really like this this style... my only thoughts is that you use the eraser tool on a soft setting to go back and erase along the tree trunk and limbs for example to give a smoother more precise line... the leaves , sky ground are fine... just a thought ...;):):):):)

Seurat and Signac were the first two divisionists or pointillistes, but the idea was used then by several others. With reference to that style I would invite You to have a look to Giovanni Segantini who used it together with the classical Italian tradition, such as that of the Venitian Giorgione and the early Caravaggio, applied to alpine landscapes and people. A real marvel to look at ... have a look in case by double here: http://www.google.it/search?q=giovanni+segantini&hl=it&biw=1280&bih=581&prmd=ivnso&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=2cQpTuT1KY3KswbB-ZHgCw&sqi=2&ved=0CDcQsAQ
