I painted this bridge previously in real media watercolour - can be seen on my website - so i thought I would have a go with Artrage. I haven't strictly copied it but given my imagination some slack and just enjoyed myself

A Beautiful Image. I have no doubt that this version is at least as good as the traditional one (If not better).

You must have a "green thumb", dear Shechat, to have such a gorgeous blooming vegetation flourish so marvellously and abundantly in Your stylish interpretation of this place!

Thank you semd74, gzairboure and Caesar your comments mean a lot to me. gzairbourne i've looked up Maxfield Parrish and he was really impressive, if I could paint half as well I would be chuffed (happy)

Your watercolours are really, really great! Your new painting is nice too. However, if you don't mind my saying, I would not try to emulate watercolour on the digital side but rather do what it takes to achieve the outcome you want with whichever tools you feel comfy using. Digital WC is not quite the same. At least that's my take on it Sheila. Love the misty woods painting!!!
