Hi All,

It's a pity, that mom's shoes are still much to large...
This scene was drawn after a trip to shoe store LOL :D

haha I had the same issues when I was a kid (even had the same hairdo! :D) ...
great painting, I like the way you used the paintroller for the floor, and the curtains look very realistic! :)

A really cute scene so well painted, I think anyone with a sister growing up remembers scenes like this, walking around in mums shoes.

Such an adorable painting with a story that I can relate to. My grand-daughter has often been that little girl and I have a sneaky feeling I will be losing some of my shoes soon. Well done Strandy:)

Hey Folks,
I really didn't expect so many kind encouragement words in your comments. However knowing you, I was certain, I wouldn't get flamed in the oblivion for that... at least. ...heheh

Seriously: I appreciate your support very much.

One thing more to mention: While I was painting this one, I realized how strong (but discreet) this software supports their users. For example the picture, I painted has quite a lot of straight linear forms (mirror, floor, curtains ). It's a breeze to paint them on the fly by just holding one finger at the Ctrl key. As Painter user I never had this feeling before.

He he reminds me of me when I was little I loved wearing my mums shoes.
Alas I never did grow enough for them to fit me though:D:D
Fantastic work:):)
