That's probably the sexiest painting I've seen in the forums. Well done you!
The material is so sheer and lacy as everyone could see. You nailed it, Mannafig!

I could only guess that you are already aware of an illustrator called Olivia who had been doing fetishy kinds of garments on ladies, bustiers and merry widows and such.

Was very trendy out here on the flash and dazzle West Coast of the US for a while before the internet, in greeting cards and magazines and so on. She has since done very well creating images of that pin-up dress-up nature. Very tasteful in a Frederik's of Hollywood fashion, of the ones I've seen because they are nearly fantasy images, but realized through a great seamless technique that really focused on beauty, cosmetics and glam.

And this would fit right in. Wow. Really well done. I don't need to itemize the technique successes in this one cause you painted them, but know they're seen. You took a jump to another plateau with your craft. Brava!!!!!!

You're right D Akey! Amanda's style does recall the great Olivia de Berardinis' one and has a somehow distictive feminine art look and touch many lady artists seem to share to some extent, I find.

Love this style....:o:o:o
