This was for me some attempt at restraint...I love Japanese calligraphy and this was inspired by that. the title comes from this

Ensō is a Japanese word meaning "circle" and a concept strongly associated with Zen.
Ensō is one of the most common subjects of Japanese calligraphy even though it is a symbol and not a character.
It symbolizes the Absolute, enlightenment, strength, elegance, the Universe, and the void; it can also symbolize the Japanese aesthetic itself.
As an "expression of the moment" it is often considered a form of minimalist expressionist art.

hope you all enjoy this simple effort.;);)

Amazing how the sort of triangular bit seems to be floating! Great job!

gxh, wonderful colours and shapes , the shading really lifts the triangle above the circle so it appears to be floating... :)

Super 3D effect!:D

I like it except for the black border. I think it's too strong. Maybe some abstract border would be better. Good job!

Last time I asked Gxh, "Whats new."

He replied, "Everything. Want to see?"

And we did.

Enso stands for El Niņo/La Niņa-Southern Oscillation.

I like the uniqueness in everything you do. Are you creating a new style? If so, what would you call it, e.g., my blue period, etc.
