Yes it is..on a scale that makes comprehension almost impossible. My admiration for the Japanese people has grown tremendously for the courageous way they are handling this.

Yes it is very horrific Sandra, but one thing about Japan, they will bounce back faster than alot of other natural disaster devastated countries. Already they are fixing the roads, and most structures.

An original and impressive representation of the really though situation they're still facing. A Red Alert to all of us on this planet to forget any dream of omnipotence impossible to our anyway limited status and knowledge, no matter how much grown up, and for our wisdom, unfortunately drying up.

Thank you dear friends for your kind and thoughtful comments:
Amanda: You know, we being mothers, I thought about them most of all with their babies and young children.
Mike: I too dear friend.
Evelyn: This makes me feel better. Remembering the resilience, help, and kindness of people.
Waheed: Thank you, much appreciated dear man.
Steve: Yes, when something of these scales hit, I feel as Cesare wrote, and would like express too we are not all powerful and in a matter of moments it can all be taken away. Makes me consider material things, and how people are some times ruled by them.
Cesare:I agree and well put dear Cesare. I am angry and frustrated with this nuclear catastrophe and feel so helpless when I watch the news or read the internet.
