View Full Version : Medallion Under Byron's Railroad Tracks

In a car, buried under a railroad track, leading to an abandoned mine deep in the hills of Kentucky....
a mysterious medallion underneath the seat.
It all began in the spring of 1945. He was a young man of twenty seven, just returning from an exploration in a Mayan territory rich in artifacts. This one ended up in his pocket.

Just playing around with the sphere tool again.:o

This is a beautiful painting Sandy. The colors are just perfect, and it's a great job of painting. I think it's one of your best.
Love the background info that goes with it. You have a great start for a story there! :):)

Terrific Sandy - I hope you'll keep this story going. Who knows what other artifacts are buried there under the tracks just waiting to be discovered. This is a particularly mesmerizing find. :):):):):):):);)

Not Montezuma, but Busby Berkeley's Revenge. . . Alexandra, I love it but the big head dresses are not Mayan or Aztec for me, but rather I see the ones on the runway in a grand production MGM musical with a shiny stage floor that reflects the set.

Come on, let's put on a show!

Very fun stuff, even if I got it all wrong, hahaha.:D

There's no business like show business like no business I know....Oh what a beautiful morrrrrrnnnning, oh what a beautiful day.....
Sorry, I tried singing in the rain but it didn't seem quite right-it's cold, I'm wet, and I'm old. The kicking the heals together part seemed to do me in. The neighbors are wondering if I've finally had it.

Thanks dear Oriane, very much appreciated dear forum friend!
