As requested by some mate after the other one I could not exempt myself from this political satire vignette.
I put a little more time for a technicolor version. Imaginary, no reference loose painting. Technically not one of my best, but that was not my purpose anyway ....

For the few ones that don't know Italian, :p:p:p the dialogue says more or less:
"Bravo Silvio! You fished a really beautiful mermaid. You used the right bait for sure"
"Yeah Emilio, but I'm afraid she may be a baby one (fry). I wouldn't be fined by the Coast Guard"

Poor Silvio! Just defamation and envy :p ... and a lot of hyprocrisy and weak mixing of sins and crime as if all other people wer saints becoming perverted by him.:D The peculiar aspect and difference of this trial is that actually no self-defined victim emerged and asked to suit him.

As for the title, "boiled fisheye", it translates an idiomatic form, we have referred the look of someone that stares to a lady with a watery glance he thinks sexy and intriguing but becoming ridiculous instead ...

Excellent Caesar, though I now believe you are in for a long prison sentence. You'll have to blame Albert. :):):):):D

Don't get worried, dear Byron. Just send me a file in a cake in case. Anyway and fortunately I don't live in Lybia, I didn't write the satanic verses, my name is not Julian Assange and I didn't make fun of U.S. government to fear a rendition, so... hopefully I'll survive this satyrical vignette. :p In the worst of the cases I would ask for asylum to Bob Rowe. ;):)

I don't know, dear Caesar. The long arm of the law is ever reaching out with an ever more distant stretch, with one long finger just itching to reach your collar. Just in case, I'm baking your cake. :p:D

Brilliant Caesar! You should forward this to one of the newspapers in Rome--that is, if you´re feeling venturesome.

Don't worry dear Scott, judges in here are politically "indipendent", thus most of them engaged to chase Mr. B. with any means, more or less following Von Clausewitz ....:D Moreover here in Italy we used to be aware and smart enough (as ruled by so many national and foreign incompetents with invasions over the centuries) to always make fun of our and foreign leaders since ever. Funny vignettes about him and any other one occasionally deserving that treatment are so many here that this is just an ephemeral droplet in an ocean. ;) Thank You!

Thank you, dear Sandra! I hope You had the opportunity to see pictures also of Emilio Fede and the now famous girl to judge on likeness ...:D I hope You noticed how considerately I put the leaf to protect from the sun and the indication of the secondary support tool should viagra effect fade away ...

Thank You, dear Amanda. Actually the pencil sketc was a really quick one, after a short review of the other two protagonists pictures; I didn't use any of them as a side reference though, since the poses and expressions were not right.
The subsequent painting took longer, but still not much and I didn't planned or made an accurate work on it, so I'm glad You see it not to look that bad ...

What a kind and flattering compliment, dear MacPix! Thank You very much!

I'll let You know in case, dear Sketch! :D Thank You very much!

Maybe that's my inner nature, or I'm possibly a convinced moralist in my depths or just someone that, like kids, really cannot keep silent on what he sees, knows and build ideas on ...:p

You know, dear Sandra, when someone's not rich, or young and handsome enough, the only resource left is to be at least hilarious and be able to surprise .... :D:D:D
Thank You!
