I was listening to some music which seemed to shine such colours in my mind so I tried to create them into this painting. Hope you like it:)

What a spectacular image! I love how you have taken the sunset image as an element. But this transcends that beginning level (Layer?!) The effect of the Golden Liquid is superior.

One of your best so far ! Beautiful, warm and free flowing.

Love it ! :):):):)

Stunning artwork Coops...:-)

Coops, this is really good. At least to my amateur eye, it projects a different feeling from your usual work. Most of your paintings have this gentle, peaceful, beauty about them. This is beautiful, but much stronger emotion and fire.. Well done! :)

Reminds me of emotions in a whurl wind of orange clouds. This is totally awesome Kate :)

You really conveyed all the passion of this dance through Your colors and shapes into this really hot composition!

That is WILD and beautiful Katie. Passion jumps out of it all over. Quite the piece. :)

Quite a visual expression you have made of this vision and approaching the abstract. Oh if only we could paint what we see when we close our eyes sometimes. Oh the fleeting art we could capture.
You have done it well.

Visual music! Very well done :)

I am very pleased visiting your art. As always a spectacle to behold. A beautiful image that I could identify as signed by the artist Katie Coops, among thousands:eek: of other images in a gallery. A pictorial style is very difficult to achieve. You got it. Congratulations.

Aye cor blimey -- er. . . aye carumba!

That dancer is really roiling and boiling. The music I hear is the foamy swish of the skirts as she whirls and snaps. . . That's a right proper sailor's hornpipe by way of the Spanish Main, Ms. Coops. Fine work. You dance magic with the brush. :):):)
