I had a go at making a book cover for our dear friend to go with his fantastic story.:):)

It looks like Barnburner's is such and absorbing best-seller that it's hard to stay immune from painting thereabout. Moreover it looks like that a romantic (or even hot passion) charge of the story, notwithstanding the absolutely chast narration of the author, is coming out more and more overbearing. Thus the american western pioneers time adventures seems to be second to love adventures expectations ....:D
You did a great job on this cover, representing all this according to the illustrative canons that type of books generally show, dear Amanda.:)

WOAH! Did not expect it to be hotter out here than in After Nine with Caesar's cover sketch. Barnburner it is. Form a fire brigade to the well and start passing the buckets. . .

Very intense, Mannafig! (ie. It's sells the story. . . whatever it is. . . I am a latecomer to what's been going on, but you guys are putting your creativity to good use, eh? )
