Hi. Just woke up :D 14.55 in the afternoon as you can see I'm fast becoming

Painting a wedding picture yes the mind boggles it turned into a Trinty :D
As I have changed the coloured glass windows behind the wedded pair each time ,you know what church window are like mine are not exact copies but
Near enough, but due to my bad 1st sketch which I had elongated their face's
I'm now repainting their face's have fin 1 at the moment now you now why I'm up all night :cool::cool:Also trying to write about my time on leaving
Brighton to getting back home plus my rough sketch'es :D So Won't show

You showed again You may absorb any style, like Tapirmalayo for instance, and still produce Your own, personal, recognizable outcomes in the most eclectic forms and styles.
You really get great fun from Artrage, more than anyone else I guess!

Incidentally, since it rained here, the clover is sprouted with the yellow flowers. Fine as the sight it, 'tis nothing compared with yours and Just Jean's.

In most all cases with garments, you want to show or imply there is some mass inside it, and then conform the folds in appropriate places like the joints and some of the larger folds. All the while you keep true to the basic description.

Sometimes all bets are off, but that's when one is relying heavily on replicating a photo. As for example skinny bodies will have the clothing hanging more without as much body bulging. And in this lad's case he may have a very loose shirt and he's leaning forward the shirt will hang free. In that case his back would show the form clearly (if we were seeing a profile).

But as a tool, the artist can fake it convincingly by following that rule of thumb you're doing in this case now. Thinking in terms of larger shapes with folds at the stress points is the minimum to communicate to the viewer. Designing drapery/folds can be done beautifully or crudely, but as the Bard says, "The apparel makes the man."

Hi a word of warning, When on Mars be careful this is not a giant
sunflower it a Jaba Jaba dressed for the kill it can eat a pig in 5 min's
so if you have a pig with you let him go as he will be attracted to the
smell of the Jaba Jaba who catch it and eat it then you will know why
its called Jaba Jaba thats the noise it makes when eating ok now you can
get in closer as it wont eat for another 3 days but don't forget don't get closer then a 100 yards as it can run when hungry but that's as far it can run
then has to rest for 5 mins also has a paralysing sting in its tail, when there's
not much food left where he is, he ups and floats in the wind,so keep watch
in the sky ok enjoy your holiday

Good stuff. I like the one in color. Very graphically designed. Reminds me of some Renaissance ceramics with heads on a plate sort of thing I saw in Florence. Did not look like a hunting lodge alongside the moose's head. More a self-contained bust in a free floating circular frame sort of thing. Was kinda cool really. I guess it was their version of collectors plates of Elvis or Big Ben or something collectible.

But yours is cool. My mind took off on the idea because yours looked so dimensional.
