Of my husbands Nan who sadly passed away:(.
She was a lovely person who was always game for a laugh.
I done this as a gift for my mother in law:)

This touches me particularly hard having "lost" my Dad recently..............but as long as we remember them they continue to live with us. I tried to paint a portrait of my Dad................couldn't do it so Bravo to you Love!

Peter You and your family have my deepest sympathy.
It took nearly seven years after my dad passed before I could paint him.
it was very emotional for me but worth every second.

I think You all appreciated this painting of Yours reminding and keeping alive the fresh feelings and sentiments of all the good You got from her sensible presence and I like to think she appreciated this sign of love and gratitude too .... from the other side of the hedge.
My condolences for the pain You likely feel right now, no matter how great Your personal hope and faith actually is.
