View Full Version : Missing Her in the Sunset

10-24-2010, 10:56 AM

This is just a quick put together, quite different for me.

Sunset does make me miss certain people. My father who was a patrol police man used to tell me how he missed us so much when on patrol, especially when the sun was going down at the end of days.

It is done in oil, knife and airbrush.

As usual any comments and advice are welcome.:)

Such an emotive piece of work Jasmine. Waiting, looking, wishing and hoping but most of all missing. Well done:)

It looks like a poster of an old asiatic romantic movie! Nice colors and scene composition!

Missing those you love can be a heavy emotion to carry indeed and your
touching painting poignantly expresses this heart rendering sentiment.
There is a warmth and intensity that is realized in this perceptive piece.
So passionate the message .... so beautifully sensitive this is! :)
