Hello fellow ragers

Been a while since i posted.

But i'm always admiring the incredible and wonderful pieces that are submitted every day.

This piece was produced with a rough paper grain, oil paint, the selection tool and the knife. I tired to capture the spirit of the colors of October or the Fall as best a Floridian could :)

This is so pleasing to look at Picasso, love the autumn colours and can see this hanging on a very large wall. Well done:)

It makes me think of jazz album covers from the mid-to-late 50's.

I think it's a lot harder to do abstract well than many think. You can't just put random paint on paper. This one works really well and would look perfect in any office environment! Are you doing all the seasons?

It's true that all the great abstract expressionists were perfectly capable of rendering realistic forms. You need to understand symmetry, light & shadow; proportion and perspective in order to be able to effectively deviate from those laws, capably.

Mike. a great piece. You are one who can put your hand to anything and it will be amazing art. You have it in your fingertips I think.
