Good study, Eighty, love the colors and her expression... what she says? That it is already done, sunny side up!

Dear ATPlus, I don't usually wear my laurel when I go shopping o to the district market ...:D I can perfectly understand what You say on eggs. Absolutely true!
The same applies quite often to steak cooking, or tea in Your case I presume etc.
Here elaborated disquisitions happen also on how and which type of pasta is used and many other cuisine items, up to the different request formulae when asking for a coffee in a bar (what we call a coffee, i.e. a caffé, not what most of the world define it so), referred to the milk addition hot, warm, scum etc. (or not), dilution, cup/ glass, with some liquer drops etc ... (a real mess requiring a high school degree to the poor bartender).:(:p

Very good Eighty, I seem to think she is asking, fried or scrambled, and she has already made up her mind as she has the spoon in her hand, she is going to scramble:D:D:D:D:D:D

Love eggs no matter how they are prepared. A "tasty" period piece.
The warm buttery palette is very appealing. :)

Yes, the eggs are funny. Still I think you did great on the rest of it.
