Must've been a really hot summer, to lay around fully naked like that LOL :D jk. Actually, it is a really nice painting. The expressions on their faces, shows great skill on your part. Nice work!

Very good interpretation indeed!
You kept a vey interesting high key for this painting tones, which makes this composition more delicate and less provocative. Also her coloured servant looks quite paler, waner and older than the original ...:D

thanks for you comments BB Steve 365 Caesar

about the flower girl, Caesar I never could make out her face as I haven't seen the original I thought I'd put in a face that was not so dark so you can see her expression am I wrong??? sorry about the tones but my colour mixing is not so good I would have liked to have made our main girl more the colour of Ivory but that's the way the Cookie Crumble's

You did very well anyway, even without having seen it. Here's a big enough image of this painting to check.

Caesar after looking at it for the 1st time I always liked Manet stuff but know I see all the details even her toes showing the green velvet curtains
and the wall partision make's me want to paint back in realailty the only trouble is this way is so much easier and no mess to clear up and I'm Getting Lazy :D:D:D:D:D:D:D----E/S
