I think I have used almost every tool AR had to offer on this one:D

I saw the work in progress, I knew it would be fantastic and it is, well done mannafig, keep your imagination going, you've produced a fine fantasy work, you'll have to put it in the fantasy section, if you haven't done so yet.

Dear Amanda, as expected the outcome is absolutely gorgeous and the materic effects given by the finishing is absolutely impressive.
Moreover the serpent character concept is fantastically effective.
It's also interesting for me to consider that for this kind of creatures You used the Latin derived word serpent rather than snake.
Actually in Latin it would be serpens/ serpentis, in Italian more generally serpente (or serpe) and similarly in French, Spanish and Portuguese.

An incredible and fanciful piece, dream like and laced with undertones
of intrigue. Love the ornate detailing ... exotic, whimsical, a captivating
tale of suspense on canvas. Most beautifully painted. :)
