View Full Version : China Town at Dusk

This time, the painting is of the China Town in Bangkok at dusk. Oil, knife and one Photoshop brush of Oriental items. Thanks to the owner of the brush.

China Town in Bangkok, Thailand is often called the “Gold Street” for they are famous on selling gold, setting price of gold and anything to do with gold. Most shops are owned by Chinese who become quite generous in building temples, churches and many organizations. One noted organization from this town was the organization who picks up the injured and dead people in accidents for the government can be very slow in response.

In this painting I tried to capture the time when the sun is setting, with all the colors in the sky.

Any comment and advice are appreciated.:)

Dear Jasminek, your very well-done work is the real urban landscape! :)

IMHO, I would add a bit more colour to shadow areas of buildings etc. ;)

You got the courage for painting such a complex work, Jasmine, and that's a good thing... love the sky and the farthest part of the picture....you are going up the hill with your work... and that's nice to see...good day to you. :)
