A beautiful, nostalgic glimpse back at day's gone by. Relaxing and
atmospheric touches prompts the viewer to ponder on how we
have progressed but at the same time long for a simpler existance
that hints of a gentler time. Well painted! :)

Great image Pat. Love the texture in this. I was on a hike with my kids a few weeks ago in the Rocky Mountains and about a mile into the trail we came along an old weathered cabin in the middle of a meadow filled with wildflowers. The cabin looked like it was built in the late 1800's. This image immediately reminded me of that. Nicely done!
