Ninab731:

Felicitaciones.
Tu pintura es muy delicada y el tono de color del canvas que has elegido es el más apropiado.

Congratulations.
Your painting is very delicate and the color tone of the canvas you have chosen is most appropriate.

ninab731,
"Plumeria" is exquisite and delicate, as if the petals were spun from the
cloth of breezy linen. So beautiful and the artistry is outstanding. :)

The flower is one of my favorites. When I was growing up in Thailand, there were huge and old trees of this flowers in temples everywhere. The Thais believe that ones should not grow these flower trees in home for the name in Thai has a meaning of "sadness". However, nowadays, the name are changed so we see a few now grown in other areas besides the temples and cemeteries. What a belief!

Happy paintings.:)

This is one of the trees I took picture in Thailand in 2008. I was told that this tree is over 60 years old.
