I think Mr. Eighty doesn't know how to save the pictures to his computer?

To save the picture using Windows Operating System you want to right click on the picture that you want to save and it will open up a menu, on that menu is an option "Save Picture As..." and that will open up a window that will allow you to name and save the picture as a file type and also you can choose where on the computer you want to save it. I suggest a place you can get to, like the desktop or your documents folder.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to do that with other operating systems, but I suspect it's a similar type of thing.

Hope that helps both of you.

That's a really good sketch Eighty.

I love your work , and i love you too !
this is the first time someone do such work for me
so much thanks again

Dear Shekofte, Hello! You are very brave to request strangers to do a portrait of you!!! I am old but new at this kind of art, here is a very fast sketch of my impression of one of your photographs, and i do mean very fast!!!! it may not look exactly like you but as i was painting it all of a sudden it was you and i had to stop!!!, so, it may not be what you expected but i hope it is ok with you, Best Wishes and hope you like this ArtRage program,,,,,,,:)

Dear Miss Lee,

to resist. What an attractive portrait of him you have created. Just love
the color application and accent strokes. A striking likeness and very

and now i am hopeful if you have free time in whenever you want or just for fun draw another sketch for me but this time an actual one (realistic style) instead of caricature ? sine i have many ideas to apply some effects to it or coloring it

Well .. So meet!
-I chose your top right photo.
I did not change your facial expression, because it seemed appropriate to my story.
It was painted quickly, enough attention to detail tired to me:)
Yet I made a separate template for the "lucky clover" (badge on the lapel of the jacket, this badge was carried by British pilots.).
Be happy! :)

i picked up your own self portrait too , and stuck it to the portrait you draw for me ,to keep as a friendship memory .

when i look at these various portraits of myself that each of them made by an individual that has different temperaments and isms respect to others
i become more familiar with myself (as if there are mirrors in various angles that i see myself better)
great feel !

What about a quick "caricatrait" or "portaiture" a sort of mix of a portrait and a light caricature. I did a quick pencil sketch and used pastels on the same layer. A background layer was made to just complement the face and make it pop out a little bit. I apologize for this quite approximate ad not professional speedy effort, but I hope You would appreciate its palette and evocative attempt at least.

You're welcome, dear Shekofte, and I'm very flattered and almost embarassed by such an enthusiastic appreciation.
After all I had not the time required to plan layer contents and follow any kind of precise and validated process portait painters use to (I rarely do, quite frankly), so I only accepted a sort of challenge to speedy paint from Your pictures as other dear friends did previously (and quite wonderfully).
I therefore only made a very quick pencil sketch and gave crayon/ chalk strokes loosely, while checking each now and then, if features and overall minimal likeness survived too in what was more an intuitive than a reproducing excercise I wouldn't even dare to define it an artwork.
I'm glad though that You like it anyway.

I blush in front of Your warm appreciation of my little merits and I do appreciate Your words flattering my pride to have had so many illustrious ancestors and fellow countrymen and countrywomen from my little peninsula. I would sound rethoric, but I'm very grateful to that "pantheon" of persons who provided all the world, along almost three millennia of history, even when submitted to foreign conquerors eventually conquered, with so much in any field, from literature, culture and poetry to science, from finance to sailing and trading, from spirituality and charity to exploration and archaelogy, finally with an unique amount of art, architecture, music, craftsmanship, design and fashion, all substantially aimed at making us all celebrate and enjoy beauty and life and keep always alive hopes of building a better world and let a breath of Eternity joyfully blow on the human brotherhood.

Glad you enjoy it Bro..

If you wanted one to print out.. The original is 1000 X 1300 pixels. I could probably double that size and retouch it for you a bit more.. would look good hanging in a frame

PS - As an aside.. I was once told that I would look good hanging.. I asked what kind of frame.. they said "Not in a frame.. from a rope.. LOL!

I probably see what You mean. I quickly drafted some morphing steps in this sketch. What is the stage that you meant or looked for? Apparently it gets the specific ant-bear aspect only down in the process, when most human proportions are significantly distorted .... I didn't have Your side view so I roughly guessed it and that was necessary to change into an ant-bear. Obviously the former painting is frontal because all Your pictures are frontal and they hardly help to your scope for any animal whose front view isn't too meaningful.

Caesar , i always swear you are genius ...
your guessing power is so strong too , and i think what you drew is enough for my side view ! unfortunately i didn't take a side photo shot in that time !

i really enjoyed from the steps you demonstrated , do you agree with me this is a very special branch in portrait drawing ?

the only idea i have about the problem is that the artist must be familiar with many figures of various animals , insects , birds .... may be all the 666 beast mentioned in the bible , indeed having the high IQ and great power of memorization or visualization are necessary too !
if an artist reach to such degree just by a look at everyone face can immediately recognize the nature of that person

Dear BushcraftOnFire, I'm glad You got amused by my bizarre interpretation of our dear model mate. I thought that such a kind, nice and semehow unique personality, considering also his last brilliantly eccentric request might be best represented by a not aggressive animal who still has determination on his specific purposes and has an aspect somehow unconventional, weird and fun we may all like. Thank You.

Dear Shekofte, maybe I tend to be a little uncautious when it comes at some sort of challenge and I can turn such a challenge also into a semehow fun outcome, so I'd rather thank you for such an opportunity You provided us with. You had a really smart idea btw. As I anticipated to You, a variant of what You propose may be to have each one proposing a self-portrait featured in the form of the animal his Chinese Astrological Sign would assigns to him. Finally I must say that it's not my first time doing such an excercise. Several years ago a made the caricatures of all my office colleagues on a tree or on the ground in the shape of various types of birds. It resultated to be a real crack and, since I naturally had all their images and characters well impressed in my mind, all of them were recognisable and actually recognised. Much fun. Thank You.

Thank you for Your warning, dear Gms9810! LOL:o;) Actually the last step is missing here, when our transformer friend is finally turned into a finished ..... uhmm ... wereantbear ....;):oLOL

You're the artist, draw it any way you want. If someone doesn't like it, they're not forced to look at it.
