Very good watercolour! It is pleasant to me.
ps. watercolour is difficult to draw, IMHO :)

For me is opposite - aquarelle is much more easier than oils.

It's just my first steps in this technique, I would like to master it more deep. :)

really impressive watercolor!!! looks so much like real watercolor. love the feel of light and clarity in this piece. beautiful. what paper setting did you use...? it is perfect for watercolor!

I used just "default" water-colour paper settings: File->New Painting->Canvas->select "WaterColor" where Roughness=100 (by default); Grain Size=21 (custom). Then I used several layers and several of them I "washed" (blur) with Palette Knife.

I want to get aqurelle more real with down-flows etc.

Dear Gzairborne, here are some samples for your (see picture). :)

All settings were "by default", type was "wet" and I changed only sizes of knife.

I hope it will be useful for you.

Watercolors as they should be... transparent, a bit fragille and soft. you've done very well here.:-)

Water-color is a bit easier for me than oil technique. But I will definitely try oil and etc later on! :)
