Very jazzy!!!! The use of 5 black keys and 7 white ones work well....

When the artist is on the scene and about to start playing the piano under the artificial lights, he certainly sees it this way. Very incisive and beautifl painting. A winner!

I always look forward to seeing your painting AL and you never disappoint. This one is great too and I can see in my minds eye such wonderful tunes from a wonderful painting:)

Always an interesting palette, Al! This one would look great hanging in a bar, preferably a piano bar. :)

Very cool: FGABCDE and black keys. Certainly a blues scale. Very nice.

My immediate reaction when viewing "Blues Piano" was FIRE and ICE
in moody, improvised harmonic rhythm's. Striking and bold use of
contrasting color and form ... a jazzy abstractual percussion and brass
on canvas. Expressive, exuberant and beautifully painted! :)
