The fairy is lovely, but your treatment of the wisteria in the background is masterful.

I love her, and I agree with Doc - The wisteria is very nice! Actually, the boulders are great, too.

Uncanny because someone must have been reading someone's mind
because I just referred to gossamer winged garden fairy's in another
thread post and hard to believe but here she is and not to mention,
wearing shades of Amethyst, the very color of my birth stone.

This is truly one of the most magnificent fantasy paintings that I have
ever seen. A wondrous vision of a childhood fairy tale dream come true
for all those ... young at heart.
The artistry is exquisite in every way and so beautifully painted! :)

It looks like mom and daughter looks quite alike. Maybe it's a Fairy property to keep similar al through the times and generations ...:p
Dear Amanda, You're welcome, but I've no particular merit for a technique used by the greatest masters centuries ago (when I was sensibly younger ...:D). Anyway I immediately noticed Your perfect glazing application to the transparent wings and I really congratulate!

Amazing fantasy feel. There are so many gorgeous details in this work; the see-through delicate gloves and jewels on the costume and shoes, the gorgeous textures of the grass, bushes, treetrunks, rocks and water. A gorgeous painting. :):)
