Wow EB,:eek::eek::eek:bravo.

Like them both, but the top more so -- it has an almost hammered quality to the metallic strokes. Nice work! Al

These are really super paintings and cannot decide which one I like best so hey lets say I like them both as much lol. They appeal to me on different levels. Well done EB:)

I went metallic.

That first one is unbelievably great, EB. A well done composition, colors, and especially the strokes in the sky really complete the image in a consistent, thoroughly crafted way.

Second one is nice, but that first really feels like an amazing relief sculpture on the door to some fantasy room of opulence. . . in a High Country sort of way. :):):):):)

A really tasty experiment. You seem to have worked out a chiseled plate ...:):):)

I love the first one a bit more than the second. The textured sky really gives some passion to the work.

The second one is great too.

Thank you D, Caesar and MagenSparks

I painted the red background first.
Then I built a simple composition on it.
I liked it and set it as my current wall paper
I also wanted to study it more to see what I should to generally do next time better.
I didn't know how it would go over so on the board and I seconded guessed myself and hastily painted a different more traditional type background.
