AR2.5.........oils,knife,pencil and chalk

the second version was simply duplicated and put on difference then ..... when the image was all black I went over the whole canvas with chalk at 500% size and dark blue colour.Interesting result no?

Interesting effects. Both pictures look otherworldly. Like I might be peeking in at Jupiter.

Interesting, yes - very! These are both quite expressive and the effects you use are definitely effective and really set a strong mood. Simply wonderful, Peter!

Yes, the second one would look great transitioning into the first one as the sun rises etc
I can almost imagine paddling through there
with you all
in a flotilla of sea kayaks
heading off for some exploration

Awesome! I'm a sucker for dark dramatic skies and this is a beauty! Cool result on the blended version. I need to go read up on some of your tutorials on that section... I never think of exploring those! Very cool!:D:D:D:D

I like both but I like no.1 the best 'cuz it looks more natural.
The sky is really well done.
